No Joining Fee
We do not have a joining fee, we only make an income by successfully marketing your property. We take 10% of the rental fee (as a deposit with our on-line payment provider) and confirm the booking with you. All that is left is for you to do is contact your client with the necessary details of your housekeeper, location, key pick-up, balance and the job is complete. You have a new booking and we can re-invest our commission back into marketing our site.

Non-referral Bookings
We realise that if you put our calendar into your website, then you may be paying for bookings that we did not refer.  This will NOT be the case.  Only bookings made from our website or referred by our website will be charged commission.  Any other bookings taken, even by our Automatic Calendar on your site, will have your referral code, and payments by your choice, therefore we will not gain from your marketing or existing clientele. 

You have a choice, you can take your booking deposits by Email/Cheque, PayPal or Protx, in fact we will ensure that you can use any of the on-line payment mechanisms available to you.

Our service offers a full automated booking calendar which updates immediately and sends you all the details to your mobile phone and your email address.

Cut and Paste the Automatic Calendar into Your Website, Free!
Simply join our site, send us your text and photographs and we will publish your property. Then you can do a few things, either put a booking popup link, a normal link or get an inline calendar (recommended) on your website. This is done by cutting and pasting a few lines of html code which we can provide (the techy bit). You can send this code to your web designer or if it is your own website, you can do it yourself.

And There is More
When you join us, you get an owners login for our site.  With this you can:

• Update the photographs of your property (up to 10 photos per property)
• Change property descriptions
• Automatic translation to Spanish, French, Dutch, German and Italian
• Configure seasonal pricing, with date ranges (spring, summer, autumn, winter and special)
  
• Download booking emails to a spreadsheet (CSV format)
  
• View bookings in reference and date order
  
• View property statistics (How many views, click through, short lists, etc.)
• Add/remove owners bookings
• Set up auto-responders for the automatic booking requests
• And anything else you care to suggest! (within reason of course)
